BSc (Hons) Construction Management with Foundation Year

Entry Requirements
- 80 UCAS tariff points (or more) 60 credits in education GCSEs at Grade C/4 or higher, or similar credentials, including English and mathematics, are required for an Ofqual level 3 certificate.
- Individual attention will be given to applicants who do not match the admission requirements, and relevant work experience may be considered.
Ages 21 and up
If applicants over the age of 21 do not match the regular entry requirements. In that case, we will also consider individuals with the life and work skills necessary to enrol in our Foundation programme for undergraduate study.
Proficiency in English
International students’ IELTS score of 5.5 overall (minimum 5.0 in each component) for students whose first language is not English.
