BA (Hons) Business and Enterprise with Foundation Year in Business
You'll learn business objectives, practises, and principles through case study analysis, lectures, seminars, and student-led activities. You'll examine the logistics of the supply chain, project management, production, and company organisation, in addition to human resources and management fundamentals. You'll look at the current business landscape and how start-up companies develop as technology develops. Then, through lectures, workshops, coursework, and group projects, you'll create your concepts and business plans while focusing on sustainability and the opportunities and challenges small businesses confront. You will continue to Level 4 of the degree once your Foundation Year has been completed. You'll enhance your business finance and marketing knowledge while learning the principles of company planning and business development.
You'll understand how to create a business plan, forecast financial data, show and sell your ideas, locate customers and clients, and expand your company into foreign markets. Because of our vocational approach, you'll have many chances to use the business and enterprise skills you learn. In addition, you will have the opportunity to create a start-up business and create your income stream as part of your degree, thanks to the practical nature of your exams. As we evaluate you on essential start-up activities like your launch event, marketing plan, and financial forecasts, we'll push you to invest time in producing actual outputs for your firm. A significant consulting assignment in your final year will allow you to acquire the entrepreneurial qualities that larger organisations seek. You'll collaborate with other students on fresh company concepts while applying your growing business expertise to produce reports, consulting, and suggestions.
