This Diploma in Supporting Teaching Learning in School enables students to understand the knowledge and skills required to directly assist children and young people in the school or college setting. It addresses all aspects of specialist support, including delivering, planning, and reviewing assessment strategies to support learning alongside teachers, bilingual support, special needs assistance, personal development and reflective practice. Learners who will be working in roles providing specialist support for pupils' learning in primary, secondary, or special schools and colleges will benefit from the course.
Course Features
As a result of achieving a Level 3 Diploma, participants can obtain a Level 4 Certificate for the Advanced Practitioner in Schools, Colleges, a foundation degree, or a specialist position within the workplace.
The successful completion of the course will result in several employment opportunities in the same field.

Assessment
Students must complete all units in this course, complete observational work, and demonstrate competency in a practical setting to receive a passing grade.
Course Structure
The qualification is usually completed in 12-18 months. To demonstrate competence in skills and knowledge, learners must work on a practical placement in a learning environment during the taught program of study. Learners will be prepared to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators through the completion of the qualification.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the course, learners must be sixteen or older.
